Service Description
FULL -DAY (IN-PERSON) WORKSHOP (Lunch is included) For anyone who manages people (i.e. executives, senior leadership, managers, supervisors, etc.) * Please review the Cancellation & Transfer Policy OPTION - This workshop can be conducted at an organization's location involving up to 30 managers. The cost includes the $150 DiSC® Management Assessment Tool and a 20-page report. Great managers understand that employees are not motivated, coached or communicated with in the same way. This interactive workshop will help you to understand your own management style and learn how to adapt your approach to effectively lead employees with different work styles, needs, motivations, and communication preferences. Participants will: - Understand your own DiSC® management style and its impact on others - Recognize the unique communication, motivation, and development needs of different DiSC® styles - Adapt your leadership and management approach to better connect with diverse employees - Improve employee engagement, communication, and workplace relationships - Deliver more effective coaching, feedback, and performance conversations - Reduce misunderstandings and manage conflict more productively. - Increase team performance by leveraging individual strengths and differences. The assessment will be sent to you at least 9 days prior to the workshop and must be completed at least 3 days prior in order for the facilitator to be ready. Participants who do not complete the assessment by the deadline will be asked to participate in an alternate class. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS 14 or more calendar days before the workshop: ✔ Full refund less a $25 processing fee, OR ✔ Transfer to another workshop at no additional cost (email info@odysseyadvisor.com to transfer a registration) ✔ A substitute participant may attend at no additional cost Less that 14 calendar days before the workshop: ✔ No refund ✔ A substitute participant may attend up to 3 days before the event, EXCEPT for the DiSC® workshops, which only allows a substitute attendee up to 10 days before the event. This is important since the required DiSC® assessments will be sent to participants for completion 9 days before the course. No Shows: ✔ No refunds or credits ODYSSEY CANCELLATIONS Odyssey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered: ✔ A full refund, OR ✔ A transfer to another session For DiSC® workshops: - The DiSC® assessment link will be sent to participants at least 9 days prior to the workshop. - The assessment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the workshop.
