MEET DENISE RIVIERE

FOUNDER

Denise is an Organizational Development and Change Management Leader with more than 25 years of international experience across healthcare, financial services, government, insurance, technology, nonprofit and professional services sectors.  She helps organizations improve performance by aligning people, processes, culture and strategy to create workplaces where employees thrive and organizations succeed.

 

Denise has led the change management component of various enterprise-wide technology implementations, as well as strategic planning initiatives, service excellence transformations, organizational redesign efforts, employee engagement strategies, leadership development programs, workforce planning initiatives and culture transformation efforts requiring significant behavioral change.

 

Denise's education and qualifications include:
- Master of Science, Organizational Development (MSOD)

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)

- Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certification

- DiSC Work Behavior Assessment Certified Facilitator

- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Belts In Progress)

Her greatest passion is connecting with people in the classroom and through initiatives that help people find joy in themselves and in the workplace.
