FULL-DAY (IN-PERSON) WORKSHOP (Lunch is included) From $515 * Please review the Cancellation & Transfer Policy OPTION - This workshop can be conducted at an organization's location involving up to 30 managers. If interested in exploring that option, please contact us on info@odysseyadvisor.com. This workshop is for frontline employees who do not manage people. The cost includes the $90 DiSC® Workplace Assessment Tool and a 20-page report. The assessment will be sent to you at least 9 days prior to the workshop and must be completed 3 days prior for the facilitator to be ready. Participants who do not complete the assessment by the deadline will be asked to participate in an alternate class. Great teams are built on understanding, communication, and trust. Achieving Team Chemistry™ is an interactive workshop based on Everything DiSC® Workplace that will help you better understand your own work style and the work styles of your colleagues. The workshop provides practical strategies for improving collaboration, reducing misunderstandings, appreciating diverse perspectives, and creating a more positive and productive team environment. You will be able to: - Understand your own DiSC® work style and how it influences your interactions with others. - Recognize and appreciate the strengths and contributions of different work styles. - Improve communication and collaboration with colleagues who have different approaches and preferences. - Build stronger workplace relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. - Reduce misunderstandings and navigate conflict more effectively. - Adapt their communication style to improve teamwork and cooperation. - Leverage individual strengths and differences to contribute to team success. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS 14 or more calendar days before the workshop: ✔ Full refund less a $25 processing fee, OR ✔ Transfer to another workshop at no additional cost (email info@odysseyadvisor.com to transfer a registration) ✔ A substitute participant may attend at no additional cost Less that 14 calendar days before the workshop: ✔ No refund ✔ A substitute participant may attend up to 3 days before the event, EXCEPT for the DiSC® workshops, which only allows a substitute attendee up to 10 days before the event. This is important since the required DiSC® assessments will be sent to participants for completion 9 days before the course. No Shows: ✔ No refunds or credits ODYSSEY CANCELLATIONS Odyssey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered: ✔ A full refund, OR ✔ A transfer to another session For DiSC® workshops: - The DiSC® assessment link will be sent to participants at least 9 days prior to the workshop. - The assessment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the workshop. CORPORATE GROUP TRAINING for onsite private workshops: More than 30 days before delivery: ✔ No cancellation fee 15–30 days before delivery: ✔ 50% of the contracted fee is due Less than 15 days before delivery ✔ 100% of the contracted fee is due One reschedule may be permitted without penalty if requested more than 15 days in advance.
