Culture by Design™ is a practical and engaging workshop that helps leaders understand their role in shaping the employee experience and creating a workplace where people feel valued, engaged, and motivated to perform at their best. Participants will learn how to build trust, strengthen team relationships, foster accountability, and create a culture that attracts, retains, and inspires employees. Cancellation Policy

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS 14 or more calendar days before the workshop: ✔ Full refund less a $25 processing fee, OR ✔ Transfer to another workshop at no additional cost (email info@odysseyadvisor.com to transfer a registration) ✔ A substitute participant may attend at no additional cost Less that 14 calendar days before the workshop: ✔ No refund ✔ A substitute participant may attend up to 3 days before the event, EXCEPT for the DiSC® workshops, which only allows a substitute attendee up to 10 days before the event. This is important since the required DiSC® assessments will be sent to participants for completion 9 days before the course. No Shows: ✔ No refunds or credits ODYSSEY CANCELLATIONS Odyssey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered: ✔ A full refund, OR ✔ A transfer to another session For DiSC® workshops: - The DiSC® assessment link will be sent to participants at least 9 days prior to the workshop. - The assessment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the workshop. Participants who do not complete the assessment by the deadline will be asked to participate in an alternate class. CORPORATE GROUP TRAINING for onsite private workshops: More than 30 days before delivery: ✔ No cancellation fee 15–30 days before delivery: ✔ 50% of the contracted fee is due Less than 15 days before delivery ✔ 100% of the contracted fee is due One reschedule may be permitted without penalty if requested more than 15 days in advance.
